Taigh an Clachair is situated just off the A99, near Lybster.

From the south, from Inverness take the A9, signposted Wick and Thurso.  This is a good A road that is a pleasure to drive, with many spectacular views.  At Latheron take the A99, signposted Wick.

Wick

Wick is the closest airport.  British Airways and Eastern Airlines operate scheduled flights in and out of Wick.

Inverness

Inverness Airport is an easy drive away with more flights than Wick. EasyJet, BMI, British Airways, FlyBe, Ryan Air, Eastern Airways,

Aer Arann and Highland Airways all operate scheduled flights.

Car hire is available at the airport from Avis, Hertz and others.

Wick is the nearest station and if you have time to spare this is a very picturesque way to arrive.  There is a regular service from Inverness, but it takes just over 4 hours.
